Product Name: Double-sided heavy copper PCB applied in power supplies, with 3oz copper thickness, FR-4 substrate, and lead-free HASL surface finish.
Product Type: Double-sided printed circuit board.
Substrate Material: Made of FR-4, an insulating and high-temperature resistant material composed of glass fiber and resin. It provides the PCB with mechanical rigidity and thickness, ensuring stable performance in normal operating environments.
Copper Foil Thickness: 3 ounces (105μm), classified as heavy copper PCB. Compared to standard 1oz copper PCBs, it offers superior electrical conductivity and heat dissipation, capable of withstanding high currents (supporting over 100A) and meeting the large-current transmission requirements of power supplies.
Surface Finish: Lead-free Hot Air Solder Leveling (HASL LF). The process involves immersing the PCB in a molten bath of lead-free tin alloy to coat the pads, followed by removing excess solder with high-temperature hot air. This eco-friendly process complies with environmental regulations, ensures good soldering performance, prevents copper oxidation, and guarantees soldering reliability.
Application Field: Primarily used in power supply devices. The heavy copper design supports high-current transmission, the FR-4 substrate ensures operational stability, and the lead-free HASL finish provides a solid foundation for component soldering, enhancing the quality and reliability of power supply products.

- Minimum line width and spacing: 0.075mm for gold-plated boards; 0.10mm for tin-plated boards (lead-free HASL boards refer to tin-plated standards).
Commodity Introduction
This is a type of FR-4 PCB for the application of Power Supplies. It's a 2 layer board at 1.6mm thick.The base laminate is from ITEQ, Solder mask and silkscreen from Kuangshun and Taiyo. It's fabricated per IPC 6012
Class 2 using supplied Gerber data. Each 10 boards or panels are packed separately.
